A bit about me.

I'm Conny Lazo — an IT project manager and AI builder based in Austria. With over a decade of experience in tech, I specialize in bridging the gap between traditional IT management and cutting-edge AI automation.

Currently at fiskaltrust, I lead projects spanning ISO 27001 compliance, infrastructure modernization, and AI integration. I believe the best technology is invisible — it just works.

When I'm not managing projects, I'm building AI agents, automating workflows, and exploring what's possible when you give an LLM the right tools. My personal AI assistant, Toscan, runs autonomously and handles everything from research to code deployment.
